This issue may be caused by a compatibility problem between BusyWin and the new Windows update. You can try contacting BusyWin support for assistance, or consider using an alternative accounting software that is compatible with the new Windows update.

The error indicates that you have a corrupted database. Even if the MDB format is used, the application doesn't recognize the own format due to errors. You will have to look for a backup database file within the location where it's stored or create it again. Additionally, start BusyWin and use the built-in functions to look for a repair function. If there is one, use it against the DB12014.MDB file to repair it.
When I open one particular company, "Run time error 420" is displayed. How to open that company?

Stephen Prastman
The runtime error 420 is usually caused by a bad DLL file that's registered in your computer. Since you don't know the DLL's name, I recommend re-installing the product. Additionally, run the software as Administrator when you install the application. You can download BusyWin versions from the official website.
I have been using BusyWin for a long time, but today while printing an invoice I got a runtime error 3167. How to fix it?

This error is encountered when you try to access a non-existent item that was deleted. The object or item you have accessed points to something that doesn't appear to be in its original location. This can be fixed by locating the object by yourself to define it again and then launch the triggering resource.
At the time of company opening we received an error message saying runtime error 3110. What it means and how to fix it? Please help me, it's urgent.

I recommend downloading the latest version of the software because it doesn't have that error. I've visited the official website and downloaded Busy 16, then start the installation process and I was able to even start it on Windows 10 64bit. Also, the latest version was updated in January 2017, therefore you should expect full compatibility.
On that page you also have various packages and support files in case you ever need them.
The runtime errors are usually encountered when the application has bugs. This is not related to compatibility or anything of the kind. Try to re-install the application or use the Repair option. The Repair option will keep your 3rd party content while fixing the program's application. Additionally, simply restart the application and it should work back. If you could, try to replicate the action that led to the runtime error. If it doesn't happen again, it was a simple bug.
